About Air Guilin
Chinese airline Air Guilin is based in Guilin’s Xiufeng District and uses Guilin Liangjiang International Airport as its primary hub for flight operations. The Guilin Municipal Government and HNA Group collaborated to launch the airline, which started flying Airbus A319s in June 2016. It aims to expand Guilin’s tourism sector. Guangxi Airlines, which was established in 2013 by HNA Group and the Guilin Municipal Government, served as the foundation for Air Guilin. Guilin Tourism Development Co. (60%) and Guilin Aviation Tourism Group (40%)—a division of the HNA Group—join forces to form Air Guilin. A total of 600 million has been invested in the airline by the groups.
