Not currently. HelpBix does not require user accounts at this time.

Yes. Users may submit businesses, reviews, or feedback via forms, which may request optional or required contact details.

2. Business Data Collected

We collect and display publicly available information about businesses, including:

  • Business name, address, phone number, email
  • Website, social profiles, or customer support details
  • User-submitted reviews and feedback
  • Publicly sourced ratings, reports, or legal notices

Trust Score Calculation
HelpBix generates a Social Trust Score for each listed business using 40+ dynamic parameters. These may include:

  • Public data from web and social media
  • Verified customer feedback
  • Survey results
  • Government or legal records (where available)
  • Business response behavior

Trust Scores are recalculated periodically to reflect updated information and transparency. Businesses cannot pay to alter their score but may request clarification or correction.

Business Takedown & Data Concerns
If you are a business owner or representative and wish to update or remove your business listing, you may contact us at helpbix-desk@helpbix.com or privacy@helpbix.com. We will evaluate all genuine concerns and remove or modify content if justified.

3. Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and third-party tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to:

  • Track website performance
  • Understand visitor behavior
  • Personalize content or advertising

You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services
