About Air Premia
Kim Jong Chul, a former president of JEJU Air, launched the South Korean hybrid carrier Air Premia. The company was established in July 2017, and on 04-Mar-2019, Air Premia obtained a business license. The founder of the airline is the former CEO of Jeju Air, the biggest low-cost carrier in Korea. They received their first Boeing 787-9 in April 2021, and by the end of 2024, they hope to be flying ten of them. From its base in 2021, they initially intend to build lines to the US and Australia.] On October 30, 2021, domestic flights were discontinued in order to prepare for international routes.
