About Airlines PNG
PNG Air, formerly known as Airlines PNG, is a Papua New Guinean airline with a base in Port Moresby. It offers scheduled and charter flights to locations all throughout the country as well as to Northern Australia. When the company received its first ATR 72-600 in November 2015, it changed its name to PNG Air. The Jacksons International Airport in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea is home to PNG Air. It flies regularly scheduled domestic and international routes in addition to hired business charter flights. Jacksons International Airport serves as its major base. Milne Bay Air was the initial name of the airline when it first opened for business in 1987. It was a charter business engaged in resource development.
