The airline has four aircraft in its fleet and has its primary hub at Damascus International Airport. It is based in Damascus, Syria. The airline’s first route was from Damascus to Baghdad International Airport, but it now serves 12 cities.

Cham Wings offers two types of transportation.
Business Class: Cham Wings provides customers with a first-rate air travel experience, including more baggage allowance and luxurious seating. At certain airports, guests get access to the Business lounge where they can choose from a large selection of snacks and meals. The transportation in a limousine for visitors coming from or going to Sharjah is free.
