About Pan Pacific Airlines (8Y)
Pan Pacific Airlines, also known as Astro Air International, Inc., was a full-service airline with its headquarters in the Philippines. Astro Air International was the original name when it was founded in 1973, but it changed to Spirit of Manila Airlines in 2011 and stopped operating after three months. After starting operations to service the South Korean market in 2015, the airline relaunched in 2016 under its present name. On April 27, 2017, the airline launched operations with a service between Kalibo and Seoul. With flights to Seoul, Busan, and Muan, its two primary hubs at the moment are Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Kalibo International Airport.
